He is best known as the host of the ARD/NDR satire show "Extra3" and as Oliver Welke's sidekick on the "ZDF heute Show". For many viewers, his sharp political commentary has become essential weekly viewing.

His solo shows are highly topical and deeply personal takes on the state of the nation - layered, darkly comic and wickedly political.

From August 2025 he is touring Germany with a brand-new solo show.
