No one speaks Hessian dialect quite like him. Known to everyone since the TV series "Schillerstraße" - and certainly after the box-office hits "7 Zwerge" - it's Maddin Schneider! His new show is like a Sunday surprise menu: rich comedy and treats in all kinds of variations, something to suit every taste. Maddin serves up the spoken, the read and the sung. As always, he pulls out every facial expression in his repertoire, giving his stand-up bits, readings from his books and Hessian swing songs a special kick. Even the occasional deeper thought or insight gets delivered in his easy, breezy Hessian style. His main goal, of course, is to send the audience into fits of laughter - and he never fails to deliver. An evening with a genuinely exceptional performer.
