Krischan Koch Reads from "One Flew Over the Seagull's Nest"

A relaxed summer evening at Fredenbülls beach takes an unexpected turn for old hippie Bounty and his friends at table 2: in a seagull's nest they discover not only fluffy chicks but also an urn - filled with ashes and a glittering diamond. Village police officer Thies Detlefsen immediately suspects a crime and launches an investigation.

In his 14th case, village cop Thies Detlefsen faces an urn, diamonds, and a criminal clinic director.

Krischan Koch, born in Hamburg in 1953, has been writing film reviews for publications including "DIE ZEIT" and "Norddeutschen Rundfunk", creating cabaret and short films. He lives with his wife in Hamburg and on the North Sea island of Amrum, where his crime novels are born.
