Capriccio - Als Ich Fortging - The Soundtrack of Our Youth

The duo Capriccio from Dessau brings a selection from their repertoire to the Theater Grüne Zitadelle - music that defined a whole generation. The evening works equally well as a nostalgic trip or a first encounter with these songs.

The programme blends international tracks by Fleetwood Mac, Sting and Gary Moore with East German rock classics from Electra, Karat and Karussell. Sabine Waszelewski and Klaus-Jürgen Dobeneck play electric guitar, acoustic guitar and flute, with lively commentary woven throughout the evening.

Capriccio has been performing for over 20 years and with this concert picks up where their successful 2025 show at the Theater Grüne Zitadelle left off. Both artists have received multiple awards at the national level.
