Songs for Aliens - Open Air Theater around, inside and on the Blauwagen

Summer 2026 brings aliens back to the village squares of Ostheide!

Just like last year, Jahrmarkttheater transforms its Blauwagen into a spaceship and celebrates "Songs for Aliens" - embracing all things foreign. The open-air show tells a hilarious and highly musical story about the longing to belong and the joy of being different. Five actors embody 74 aliens and play more than a dozen instruments.

The songs celebrate the beauty of the Milky Way, the pleasure of traveling, and everything that unites all people despite their differences. Whether human or alien, stranger or familiar, local or newcomer.
