"Murder in the Shark Bar on St. Pauli" is a hilarious murder mystery brimming with Hamburg harbor atmosphere, true love, and a captivating blend of theater and rock music performed by rock legends "The Rattles".

Hamburg's St. Pauli district, 1965. In the Shark Bar, people sing, dance, sway together, and celebrate with many original songs including "Auf der Reeperbahn nachts um halb eins" and "Die Männer sind alles Verbrecher". The bar is filled with rose sellers, ladies of the night, tough guys, and Hamburg originals "Uncle Hugo" and "Aunt Hermine". "Uncle Hugo", as a "clever Hamburger", lures the Hamburg band "The Rattles" into the bar for the occasion, delighting the guests. "The Rattles" ensure the atmosphere reaches the famous "boiling point". The band's fascinating history naturally gets its due!

In the midst of this turbulent scene, the pimp "Danzinger" is strangled. Was it his girlfriend "Moni"? Or is "Uncle Hugo" behind it? And why does the rose seller look so innocent? "The Rattles" certainly weren't responsible... They keep the energy going with their "hot rhythms"! Fortunately, "Constable Lothar" from Hamburg's Davidwache station arrives at the bar just in time!
