Concert - CLOVER

CLOVER is a Berlin-based live band that has been playing Irish & Scottish Folk since 1996 - in pubs, clubs, cultural venues, at folk festivals and village fairs. Usually performing as a trio or quartet, with traditional instruments and genuine musical passion, they have built a solid reputation in the Irish folk scene over more than 25 years.

The musicians of CLOVER are highly skilled on their instruments and win over audiences at every show with tight playing and an obvious love of the music. Each evening they set out to get people clapping, laughing and dancing - but also dreaming. Fast reels, jigs and polkas, drinking songs and ballads have the crowd stomping and swaying, stirring that familiar longing for Celtic open spaces and Irish joie de vivre. The line-up features a whole range of instruments: banjo, mandolin, accordion, guitar, bass, bodhran, tin & low whistle, harmonica...

In case of bad weather, the concert will move to the museum barn.
