Frontman Sascha Krebs says it himself: "I cannot - and do not want to - sound like Freddie. No one can. I want his music and his legacy to live on. Freddie was unique and an original. And that is exactly what happens when The Queen Kings play: Krebs interprets the songs with impressive vocal range and his own personality, Drazen Zalac revives the unmistakable Brian May sound with original equipment. The rhythm duo Jan Wienstroer (drums) and Rolf Sander (bass) provide the characteristic Queen feeling, Christof Wetter delivers orchestral depth on keyboards, and Susann de Bollier completes the band with her voice.
