Junior Jazz Chor Freiburg

Founded in 2012 as the youth ensemble of Jazzchor Freiburg, the Junior Jazz Chor brings together selected singers aged 12 to 25. Under the direction of David Brooke (recipient of the "Junge Kunst" award 2023 from the city of Konstanz), the choir combines musical curiosity, precision and expressive depth.

The programme Forecast: Human works as a kind of musical weather forecast, reading nature as a mirror: in wind, rain and the four seasons, human strengths and weaknesses become audible. Young people up to 17 years old can buy a ticket at the evening box office for 5 euros.
