Participants of the International Chamber Music Course Young Artists Residency at Musikakademie Schloss Weikersheim

For the first time, we present our selected international participants and faculty from Scotland, the USA, the Netherlands, Japan, Germany, Turkey and Italy in an evening of chamber music gems in Schwäbisch Hall.

After an intensive residency at Musikakademie Weikersheim, these highly talented students look forward to performing a selection of their repertoire.

The programme includes: Dvořák's glorious Piano Quintet No. 2, Schubert's dramatic String Quartet No. 14 "Der Tod und das Mädchen", Turina's characterful Piano Quartet, Saint-Saëns' playful Tarantella, and more.

About the venue: Hospitalkirche Schwäbisch Hall

The Hospitalkirche in Schwäbisch Hall is a late-Gothic church dating from the 15th century, originally built as the chapel of the town's hospital foundation. Deconsecrated in the 20th century, it now serves as a cultural venue hosting concerts, readings, and other events - its stone interior giving performances an intimate, resonant quality.
