Sybille Bullatschek - I Can Do That, I'm a Care Worker!
Stadthalle Markgröningen, Germany
28.5 €
Anyone who still thinks a care home is a place of quiet, age-appropriate calm is very much mistaken. Sybille Bullatschek is on the job - bringing movement and a thick Swabian accent, both at high speed. It's never been more necessary than now, because everything is on the line: the Golden Bedpan. This prestigious award is about to be stripped from "Haus Sonnenuntergang" after eight years. Luckily, Bullatschek is on hand and fighting back with full force! She reads the situation effortlessly and clears every obstacle from her path. Asbestos in the floor? Out it goes - and any inconvenient residents are promptly relocated. Traffic jam at the McDonald's Drive-Thru? When an elderly gentleman needs to get through on foot, there's only one answer: Bullatschek. Under the motto "I can do that, I'm a care worker!" she clears the way without mercy. Police check? She'll just take on the officers. All for the residents! Even gymnastics, right up to the "double bed-lift". Along the way, this care worker with a heart also has her own agenda - especially when it comes to catching the bridal bouquet, where Bullatschek is not above a well-timed bodycheck.
In short, her 4th show follows the same rule: hold on to your dentures - it's life, raw and real!
Ramona Schukraft, performing as Sybille Bullatschek, has appeared on TV several times, including on WDR Ladies Night.
"Sybille Bullatschek is a brilliant figure for care workers to identify with - she feels and thinks exactly like they do, and she's a kind of pressure valve. 'Finally someone gets me' or 'That's exactly how it is where we work' - those are things people in care say to me all the time. I also receive fan mail from care workers every single day, praising me and encouraging me to keep going." (Ramona Schukraft)
