Kladderadatsch - Episode 3

"Kladderadatsch" is a Berlin onomatopoeic expression for something that has fallen and shattered noisily into pieces. The name also belonged to a political-satirical magazine published weekly from the beginnings of the German Revolution of 1848 until 1944.

The "SatireSamstag" series presents texts and authors from this self-styled "comic paper" in chronological order - voices that combined a love of freedom and sharp social criticism with unbridled humour.
