Carmela De Feo, known as La Signora, is a German comedian from the Ruhr region with Italian roots. She studied accordion from 1993-1996 at the Folkwang University of Music in Essen under Prof. Mie Miki. Recipient of major cabaret awards including the "Deutscher Kabarettpreis" (2022), "Bayerischer Kabarettpreis" (2011), "Stuttgarter Besen" (2009), and Leipzig Dandelion (2019), among others, Carmela De Feo has been touring successfully throughout Germany for 20 years. "The Frog Princess" is her 9th solo programme.
