Carmela De Feo, known as La Signora, is a German comedian from the Ruhr region with Italian roots. From 1993 to 1996, she studied accordion at the Folkwang University of Music in Essen under Prof. Mie Miki.

Awarded with major cabaret prizes including the "Deutscher Kabarettpreis" (2022), "Bayerischer Kabarettpreis" (2011), "Stuttgarter Besen" (2009), and Leipziger Löwenzahn (2019), Carmela De Feo has been touring successfully across Germany for twenty years. "Froschkönigin" is her 9th solo programme.
