Thanks to mindfulness, Björn Diemel has found his centre. The trouble is, the edges of his body keep drifting further away from it. Björn realises that inner calm and a lack of exercise are two very different things.

When strangers attempt to kidnap his daughter, his excess weight makes it a real struggle to fight them off.
