At Hotel Das Goldene Lamm in Aalen-Unterkochen, a three-course menu is served in a completely darkened room - guests must identify what is on their plate by taste alone.

Service staff equipped with night-vision devices guide guests to their seats. After a brief acclimatization period with a drink, the three courses are served one after another. After each course, the staff reveals what was served.

The menu is created by the kitchen team of Das Goldene Lamm. Entry from 18:30, dinner starts at 19:00.
