Hotel Das Goldene Lamm in Aalen-Unterkochen offers a truly unusual dining experience: a three-course menu served in complete darkness.

Can you tell what's on your plate without seeing it? That's the whole point of a Dark Dinner - a meal in total darkness where your taste buds face their ultimate test.

How does the evening work? Staff equipped with night-vision devices guide you to your seat at the start of the evening. You can settle in, get used to the dark, and enjoy a drink before the food arrives. Three courses are then served one by one - but what exactly is on your plate is for you to figure out! Compare notes with your table neighbours and try to identify every ingredient and flavour. After each course, the staff reveal what you were actually eating.

The three-course menu is created and served by the kitchen team at Das Goldene Lamm. Doors open at 18:30, dinner starts at 19:00.
