The "New Orleans Shakers" are celebrating their 50th anniversary on stage - together with Thorsten Zwingenberger, they take us into the world of New Orleans jazz and Caribbean sounds.

Expect an authentic, sensual evening played by brilliant masters of their craft. Torsten Zwingenberger proves once again with the "New Orleans Shakers" that he is at home in many forms of jazz. He founded this band back in 1976 alongside Thomas L'Etienne.

In the spirit of the rich, earthy connotations of early jazz, the wily clarinetist Thomas L'Etienne knows that jazz is only authentic when played with the right amount of grit and groove.

A touch of naughtiness is very much part of the deal when the band expertly crosses old New Orleans jazz with a range of Caribbean styles.
