A young team of artists presents selected chamber music, songs and lieder, exploring the culture of memory through music and performance. What legacy do we leave to future generations? What goes unspoken? Which stories keep shaping us, even when they were never told?

For this year's edition of PODIUM Konzerte at Kloster Bebenhausen, PODIUM Esslingen has handed artistic responsibility to three young artists. Across four different concert formats, they give voice to their generation's perspectives, viewpoints and feelings about the past - while also looking at the present and toward the future.

The programme is curated by German-American mezzo-soprano Julika Hing. Lara Jakobi (music educator, cellist) and Paul Ebert (musician, cultural manager) complete the artistic leadership team.
