Flohzirkus Orquestra (3+)

Songs, music and interactive theatre for children from three years old

Flohzirkus Orquestra is a three-member children's music band from the western Enzkreis region between Pforzheim and Karlsruhe. Since January 2012, the band has developed its repertoire using classical acoustic instruments - guitar, mandolin, melodica, accordion and drums. All music and lyrics are original compositions, blending reggae, ska, chanson and folk elements.

The show takes audiences through worlds of circus, seafaring and animals: a brave helmsman who is afraid of water, a pirate treasure to be found, an ant that wishes to be a millipede - and in the middle of the performance, the telephone rings. The band answers these questions together with the children in a playful, musical way.

The programme is framed by clownish show acts, magic tricks and interactive activities. Participation is explicitly encouraged!
