"wir_jetzt_hier" - A Stage Project for the 10th Anniversary of Mentor Stiftung Deutschland

A stage project by Mentor Stiftung Deutschland in collaboration with Bodensee Philharmonie, the European Cultural Forum Mainau, and Geschwister-Scholl-Schule Konstanz.

A moving stage project featuring young people, the Bodensee Philharmonie, and the Great Choir of Geschwister-Scholl-Schule. At its heart lies the question: can many individual I's become a strong We?

Carried by music, voice, and shared energy, "wir_jetzt_hier" bridges different musical worlds - from Richard Wagner, Johann Pachelbel, and Edvard Grieg to the Rolling Stones and Radiohead. This creates a compelling musical arc spanning classical music, choral works, and contemporary pop and rock culture.

"wir_jetzt_hier" tells the story from the perspective of young people aged 15 to 19. The piece addresses their concerns, hopes, wishes, and questions, focusing on the issues that matter to young people today. Under the artistic direction of author, actor, and Mentor ambassador Oliver Wnuk, an honest, multifaceted, and immediate stage work emerges about solidarity, identity, and the future.

The project runs for 2.5 hours with an intermission.
