Trio Risonante are recipients of the German Music Competition award and have been selected for the federal "Concerts of Young Artists" programme. The evening focuses on two major clarinet trios: Beethoven's virtuosic "Gassenhauer Trio" op. 11 and Brahms' late A-minor Trio op. 114.

Between these works, shorter pieces and miniatures will be heard - including Schumann's Fantasiestücke op. 73, Debussy's Première Rhapsodie, and the rarely performed Trio Miniatures op. 18a and 24a by Paul Juon (1872-1940). The programme spans from the Classical era through Romanticism to early Modernism.
