#52 Children's and Family Concert - Ritter Rost
Schloss Kupferzell, Germany
18 €
Jörg Hilbert - recitation, lute & Renaissance guitar
Fabian Strotmann - tenor
Dominik Schneider - flute, quintern & melodica
Ritter Rost's world is set in the Middle Ages! ... Well, not quite, since it features things like flying toasters, telephones and a magic-mirror internet. The well-known Ritter Rost music by Felix Janosa is anything but old-fashioned either. On the contrary - it is varied, contemporary and genuinely exciting for children and adults alike.
Tenor Fabian Strotmann, flautist Dominik Schneider and Ritter Rost's creator Jörg Hilbert himself have made it their mission to bring all of this together: a narrated Ritter Rost story, music from centuries past alongside brand-new compositions, and illustrations from the books of the beloved anti-hero. This time the story is the new "Ritter Rost und die drei Prinzessinnen" (Ritter Rost and the Three Princesses). A chamber concert that children and adults can enjoy in equal measure - the only thing not allowed in is solemnity.
Tickets: adults 18 €, concession 15 € / children and young people 9 €
Family ticket: 2 adults + 2 children 48 €
Recommended for pre-school children aged 5 and up
