Things are heating up again in Pfläge! Sybille Bullatschek is back on tour with her fourth programme - and this time there's plenty of drama unfolding at the Sonnenuntergang care home.

The golden bedpan is at stake: an award the home has won eight years running is set to be revoked because asbestos has been found in the floor of the "Nordcorega" residential wing. The floor has to go - and with it, the elderly residents are hastily relocated to new rooms. The reshuffling doesn't sit well with everyone: Mrs Baumann and Mrs Häfele wage a bitter battle over every detail.
