Let's not beat around the bush. The world is a vale of tears. Something is always happening that leaves us tired, baffled, or furious. Or all four at once.

The fourth thing it does to us isn't even known yet - at least not as I write this. But by the time you read it, something will surely have happened again. You know how it goes.

Given all that, it's almost surprising how much genuinely funny stuff keeps happening anyway, without fail. The trouble is, you don't always catch it unless someone points it out.

That's what this show is about. Stories told and read aloud. By me. Same as always, really - except these are new stories. Set in the here and now. And funny despite everything. Or maybe because of it. There are also a few tips on how to make things a little nicer for yourself, all things considered.
