Kardinalfehler - with Gerd Silberbauer

Bishop Konrad Glöckner has given his small German diocese an impeccable reputation - in Rome it is regarded as a model of moral integrity, while the parish prepares for its 700th anniversary celebration. Shortly before the Pope's visit, an old "cardinal mistake" intrudes into Glöckner's carefully cultivated ecclesiastical idyll. The play addresses cover-ups, bribery, and entangled power structures with equal measures of wit and bite.

It is explicitly noted that "Kardinalfehler" does not address sexual abuse and does not discredit activities related to the priesthood or commitment to faith.
