Concert: Ludwig Wright "Mitsing-Melodien"

Ludwig Wright is a born British-German singer-songwriter and craftsman of good spirits. With his "Mitsing-Melodien" (sing-along melodies), he engages his audience and harmoniously blends rock and roll with folk tradition. Musically, he draws energy from Elvis Presley, Johnny Cash, and Bob Dylan, combining this with charming stage presence and a clear, powerful voice. Wright transcends genre boundaries, sings in English, and has already performed over 300 concerts across Europe, including at the Edinburgh Fringe and Rudolstadt festivals.

Ludwig Wright discovered his love of music through the film "The Blues Brothers". The energy, the performances, the songs - it all inspired him to become a musician. Born in England and raised by a British father and Bavarian mother, Wright now lives in Berlin.

To date, he has released three albums: "HOPE" (2018), "LOVE" (2020), and "Turn of Tides or Where the Waves Come From" (2023). His latest album was described by Schall Magazine as a "colorful kaleidoscope of catchy song gems" and was nominated for the German Record Critics' Award. Wright also co-wrote a song for the fourth film adaptation of Erich Kästner's novel "Das Fliegende Klassenzimmer" (2023). He is currently working on his fourth album, set to be released in spring 2026.
