Barista, Baby!

In small groups, we'll show you how to work with a professional portafilter espresso machine: from over- and under-extraction to dialing in the grinder for different coffee specialties, plus how to steam milk perfectly and create latte art.

You'll put everything into practice straight away on the machine - and with any luck, you'll dial in your own perfect espresso.
