Fancy getting hands-on with a professional espresso machine? We'll show you how to bring the art of coffee into your own cup and make every sip count.

In small groups, we cover not just how to decorate your cappuccino with latte art, but also the technical know-how behind great coffee. You'll learn what over- and under-extraction mean, how to dial in your grinder for different coffee styles, and how to steam milk to perfection - including all the little details that make the difference.

You'll put everything into practice on a professional espresso machine and, with any luck, find your perfect espresso along the way.
