Every day countless offers land in spam - from guaranteed weight loss, through treating prostate inflammation, to varicose vein products. None of it helps Roberto. So what now? Face creams or straight to Botox? And invitations to milestone birthdays decline just as fast as funerals increase.

Besides, a railway discount is coming soon - for a half-Swabian, that's rather an advantage. A daily glance at the health magazine or preliminary pension information swings him between laughter and despair. But Roberto wouldn't be Roberto if he didn't have a few simple tricks up his sleeve to look younger. An example?
