Sing dela Sing - Everyone Sings All Night Long

Everyone sings - all night long. That is the programme: from the first moment to the last note, hundreds to thousands of people in the audience sing contemporary pop songs together - from ABBA to Avicii, from Peter Gabriel to Peter Fox, from "7 Seconds" to "7 Years", from "1999" to "2002". The lyrics are beautifully prepared and projected onto screens, two, sometimes three renowned pop music professionals accompany the whole event, and within minutes, singing together makes everyone infinitely happy.
Since October 2016, there has been a real rush for this modern answer to karaoke: tickets are often hard to get, regular events sometimes sell out weeks in advance. People want to sing, and at Sing dela Sing even those who normally only sing in the shower or in the car dare to join in.
What originally started as a crazy idea at a birthday party has become an incomparable journey. Thousands of Sing dela Sing singers have already sung over 500 songs from international pop history. There were spontaneous stage visits from guests like Katharina Franck (Rainbirds), Kryptik Joe (Deichkind), Anna Naklab or "Fettes Brot" - during a return visit, there was a gigantic joint Sing dela Sing with 13,000 "Fettes Brot" fans at Hamburg's Barclays Arena. In early 2020, the first Sing dela Sing Symphonic took place with the German Film Orchestra Babelsberg.
And because joint events were not possible for a while, Berlin Brandenburg Broadcasting aired 48 episodes of a regular social-distance edition of Sing dela Sing on RBB television and its radio waves during the pandemic, for which it received the Bremen Television Prize 2020.
