The Chambers - The Virtuosos from Cologne

The Chambers perform classical music by Verdi, Bach, Mendelssohn and Vivaldi, as well as pop music in modern and classical arrangements. Concert master and arranger is Artiom Kononov (violin); the ensemble's line-up includes, depending on the concert, violin, viola, cello, bass and pan flute/transverse flute.

This year the ensemble received support from the German Music Council and the Culture initiative from Berlin - an award that the jury grants to only a few orchestras in Germany. The members came together in Cologne and hail from Russia, Ukraine, Romania, Georgia, Latvia, Greece and France.
