In the double bill "Here Is There", Ioannis Mandafounis gives a company member their own choreographic stage for the first time: Thomas Bradley, with DFDC since 2023. Bradley combines choreography with his work as a costume designer, creating sculptural costumes that reshape the body. Mandafounis explores the tension between the urge to transform and physical inertia. Both play with space and the boundary between noise and music.

"Several Rhythms Sort Thoughtfully" (Bradley):
Choreography as a social system: close observation reveals patterns, rules and strategies at work. Costumes drive the action, accompanied by sounds from a dismantled electrical appliance and a trumpet sonata.

"This Beautiful Messy Thing" (Mandafounis):
A play of opposites - confinement and openness. Objects resist order and become an autonomous world of sound and movement. Live drums and samples meet the vulnerable yet powerful presence of the dancers.
