Picnic Concert: JIN JIM

JIN JIM:
With elegant, almost weightless ease, JIN JIM blends rock energy with jazz, Latin and electronic sounds. Complex rhythms meet springy melodies, improvised passages meet tight songwriting: explosive and fiery, they combine virtuosity with sheer joy of playing. Powerful bass lines, distinctive guitar riffs and airy flutes merge into a driving sound. Catchy and forceful, their music sometimes calls Jethro Tull to mind - a perfect fit for a sunny Sunday afternoon in the open air.

Line-up:
Daniel Manrique-Smith C, alto and bass flute | Johann May guitar | Ben Tai Trawinski double bass | Nico Stallmann drums
