Arena Tour with Biathlon Shooting - ARENA TOUR with Biathlon Shooting
Chiemgau Arena, Ruhpolding, Germany
ARENA TOUR WITH BIATHLON SHOOTING:
Step into the world of biathlon on a guided tour lasting around two hours. You'll learn a great deal about this historic sports venue, which over the past 40 years has grown into one of Germany's most important national training centres for the Olympic disciplines of cross-country skiing, ski jumping, Nordic combined, and biathlon. Your guide will take you into areas of the Chiemgau Arena that are not open to the general public.
Afterwards, put your shooting skills to the test. Under the guidance of qualified coaches from the Fritz Fischer Biathloncamp, you'll learn to handle a small-bore rifle. Just like the pros, you'll shoot on the World Cup and World Championship range at the original targets from 50 metres away!
Guest shooting with the small-bore rifle is available from age 14 (2 magazines of 5 shots each, in the prone position). Children from age 10 shoot on our laser shooting range (20 shots).
CHIEMGAU KARTE:
Holders of the Chiemgau Karte (tourists staying overnight in Ruhpolding, Inzell, Grassau, Siegsdorf, or Bergen) can join the Arena Tour free of charge. A standard guest card is not accepted! Please check in advance whether your accommodation issues the Chiemgau Karte - a regular guest card does not qualify. The biathlon shooting is charged separately (26.00 € per person). The Chiemgau Karte must be presented on site on the day of the event.
Registration or a ticket is still required. The ticket does not need to be printed - it can be scanned from your smartphone at check-in.
