Ols Bierbecue

The Ols Bierbecue runs from 17:30 to 21:00 at Ols Brauwerkstatt, with the grill fired up from 18:00 to 20:00.

The ticket price covers all food plus Ols Pilsener and Ols Naturtrüb on self-pour tap, as well as Ols Nüchtern by the bottle. Any other drinks are charged separately.

The buffet features: spare ribs, build-your-own burgers with cheese and bacon, corn on the cob and baked beans, pan-fried salmon, grilled bratwurst and Krakauer sausage, pork neck steak, chicken steaks in curry, beef hip steak, pulled pork, potato gratin and rosemary potatoes, and Italian roasted vegetables.

Salads on the side: potato salad, pasta salad, mixed leaf salad with corn, tomatoes and cucumber with various dressings, coleslaw, cucumber salad, and tomato-mozzarella skewers.

Dessert: brownies, cheesecake and apple crumble.
