Hans im Glück - fairy-tale theatre for children aged 4 and up

After seven years of service, Hans receives a large lump of gold from his master. Now the road lies open before him - out into the world, into life, into freedom. Along the way he trades the gold for a horse, the horse for a cow, the cow for a pig, the pig for a goose, and the goose for a whetstone - which he promptly drops into a well. Hans ends up with nothing, and that is exactly when he understands: freedom is the greatest happiness of all.
