Wille-Kinderzoo

Set in the idyllic countryside along the Romantic Road (sat-nav address: Kreuzfeld 21, 91602 Dürrwangen-Haslach), the Wille family has built a children's zoo where visitors can get up close with both native and exotic animals. Alongside adorable miniature ponies and thoroughbred horses, the zoo is home to impressive elephants from Africa and India - plus zebras, kangaroos, meerkats, llamas, alpacas, goats and donkeys.

A large outdoor playground rounds out the visit, with a children's railway, trampoline, go-kart track and pedal-boat pool. Admission is family-friendly at 10 euros per person; children under three enter free. All attractions are included in the ticket price. Dogs are welcome on a lead.
