FreiKultur 2026 presents summer night dreams in the courtyard of CD-Kaserne, supported by Sparkasse Celle - Gifhorn - Wolfsburg.

Authentic, handmade live music from musicians across Germany - no artificial effects, pure and on equal footing with the audience. Seven different concert evenings in the beautiful setting of the CD-Kaserne courtyard.

What makes this series special: all musicians play for tips, and guests decide for themselves what to contribute as admission during or after the concert.

Martin Thomas Kroner rose from street musician to major stages. He has earned a loyal fanbase through honest songwriting and relentless touring across Germany. His sound blends pop, rock, and country into a warm road-trip feeling full of wanderlust, hope, and reflection. With radio airplay for "Paradies" and support shows for artists like Bosse and Revolverheld, he convinces audiences live with direct energy and palpable passion.

Spend a summer night with friends and family, bring your own picnic basket, and listen to music in the CD-Kaserne courtyard - that's FreiKultur 2026.

Guests are welcome to arrive early and settle in comfortably. The courtyard opens to the public 30 minutes before the start. Plenty of seating is available: deckchairs, picnic benches, and folding chairs.

You can bring picnic baskets with food; drinks are provided on-site, so please do not bring your own beverages. CD-Kaserne staff will remind guests of this.
