DIO ALIVE - Tribute to Rainbow, Black Sabbath & Dio

DIO Alive pays tribute to the work of Ronnie James Dio - his years with Rainbow and Black Sabbath as well as his solo career. The band sold out on their first appearance at the Scheuer.

Founded in 2023, the band around Dutch vocalist John "Jaycee" Cuijpers set out to bring the music of the musician who died in 2010 back to the stage. The programme ranges from "Man on the Silver Mountain" and "Stargazer" through "Heaven and Hell" to "Holy Diver" - hits, epics and ballads from all creative periods. Alongside Cuijpers stands guitarist Frank Pané, who has already performed with Ian Paice, Bobby Kimball and Dave Bickler.

Parking in Wörsdorf is limited - please observe the markings and do not block entrances. Larger car parks are available in front of supermarkets at the entrances to Idstein and Walsdorf; from there the rest of the way is on foot. Alternatively: the P1 Penderparkplatz at Wermutsgraben above the railway stop - through the underpass or down the street directly to the Scheuer. Many guests arrive by train.
