A Hole in the Wall

In Department D, a hole gapes in the external wall. No one wants to be blamed, and almost all employees are on sick leave - only Mrs. Schmitt holds the fort behind her mountains of paperwork, fortified by generous cups of tea with rum. The summoned tradesman only makes matters worse, and field representative Maier, who happens to drift through the office, does nothing to help solve the problem.

Managing Director Wagner finally resorts to a last resort: a motivational coach is supposed to bring order to the chaos. Mrs. Kleinschmitt appears on the scene and has her hands full mediating power struggles between the gentlemen, getting the hole closed, and finally sending Mrs. Schmitt into well-deserved retirement.
