A comedy with pace, wit, and quirky charm about competencies, vanity, and a wonderfully absurd office everyday life!
There's a problem in the office: in department D there's a hole in the external wall. Nobody wants to be blamed, and everyone wonders: where did it come from? What should we do? Who did it?
Meanwhile, almost all employees in the department are on sick leave. Only Mrs. Schmitt bravely holds her ground behind her piles of paper - warmed by plenty of tea with rum. Neither the hole in the wall nor outside salesman Maier, who rather drifts through the office by chance, can rattle Mrs. Schmitt.
The craftsman called by department head Schneider didn't solve the hole problem - he made it worse. So now manager Wagner steps in and, as a last desperate rescue attempt, orders a "supportive measure." A motivational coach is supposed to sort out the chaos, smooth over the conflicts, and find out who is actually responsible for what.
And so Mrs. Kleinschmitt appears, who now has her hands full mediating power struggles between the gentlemen and making sure the hole gets fixed and Mrs. Schmitt can finally go into her well-deserved retirement. Will she manage it?
