Venue
This traditional brewery from Freiburg has been operating for over 150 years and has earned its reputation through a diverse range of beers that extends well beyond the city limits. The brewery's premises regularly host well-attended events and parties.

In 1865, Ludwig Ganter founded the brewery in the house Zum Kindlein Jesu. This building was home for several years to the Dutch scholar Erasmus of Rotterdam. Ganter initially brewed beer using a small 18th-century brewing installation. Thanks to excellent sales, the brewery expanded.
