Season Opening 2026/27

David, a part-time janitor at a music conservatory, is actually a pianist. He took the part-time job for health insurance. David is going through a midlife crisis and mourns his former success. Ben, at the start of his career, plays the trombone sensationally and wins every competition. And then there's Finn on drums. When he twirls his sticks, everyone gasps for breath. These young musicians bump into the janitor by chance while he's changing light bulbs. That he can play piano - unimaginable. The older man takes them to an event to prove himself. Ben and Finn are speechless. Together they decide that David should show them what it means to be a freelance musician: senior residences, shopping centres, weddings - that's how freelancers work.

David has the connections, and the trio embarks on a dynamic journey. It's a musical voyage through swing, evergreens, musicals, jazz and film music. They spread joy, wit and lightness. With enthusiasm, the three musicians move from cruise ship to musical on land.
