With these words, Mary Darling turns her daughter Wendy's life upside down: starting tomorrow, she must move into her own room - the first step towards growing up. But that very same night, adventure comes flying through the window: Peter Pan and the spirited fairy Tinkerbell land at the Darlings' home and whisk the children away on a journey to the legendary Neverland.

Once there, two worlds collide: the brave Princess Tiger Lily and her nimble warriors celebrate their hero, while Peter reveals himself as a dazzling but rather self-absorbed leader. When the sinister Captain Hook backs him into a corner, however, his confident worldview begins to crack. Only through a clever ruse, genuine solidarity and Wendy's clear-eyed perspective can the children challenge the pirates aboard the Jolly Roger. In the process, Peter discovers the greatest adventure of all: that only through trust and true friendship can you grow beyond yourself.
