A musical journey through Ukrainian literature

Since the start of Russia's war of aggression against Ukraine, the world has changed. But what do we really know about Ukraine - beyond the daily reports of horror? Berlin-based actors Jan Uplegger and Mareile Metzner take the audience on a literary tour through Ukraine. Ukrainian singers Nataliia Kuprynenko, Iryna Lazer and Iryna Razin set the musical tone, accompanied by the outstanding jazz pianist Yuriy Seredin. Together they create an evocative portrait of a country at the heart of Europe.
