Sirenen

On Friday, 11 September 2026, Sirenen play at the Jahnhalle in Nordenham - an evening where musical pigeonholes are useful at best for storing the many instruments.

The four musicians Dominique Wempe, Kathrin Torkel, Yvonne Broch and Inga Lüdke take well-known songs and give them their own spin. Their repertoire runs from Tina Turner through Alphaville and the Beatles to Amy Macdonald - and since genre boundaries are more like friendly suggestions for the band, Hildegard Knef also makes an appearance along the way.
