Guided Tour of Wetzlar Cathedral

The former collegiate church - Wetzlar Cathedral - is one of the most interesting ecclesiastical buildings in Germany. Its distinctive appearance developed through numerous expansions over the centuries. Behind the Gothic western facade lie the remains of a late Romanesque church. A remarkable feature is that since the Reformation, the cathedral has been jointly used by both the Catholic and Protestant communities.
