As part of the Altmühlsee Festival, the guitar classes of Hochschule für Musik Nürnberg present a varied concert evening. Young, outstanding musicians take centre stage, captivating audiences with musical freshness and virtuosity.

Performing are Qi Wu, Maximilian Dierks and Joanna Isaeva (guitar class), along with guests Daniil Blanair (countertenor) and Lucia Keil (flute). Together they bring international artistic perspectives and lend the concert special diversity.

The programme features an attractive and versatile repertoire with works by Manuel de Falla, Astor Piazzolla, Mauro Giuliani and Dusan Bogdanovic, as well as other composers. Alongside solo contributions, chamber music works also take centre stage. From Spanish tonal variety through South American rhythms to classical virtuosity, a varied musical arc unfolds.

A concert evening that impressively showcases the versatility and expressive power of young international musicians.

Please note: This year, the classical concert takes place for the first time not on the lake stage in Schlungenhof, but on the open-air stage at the Altmühlsee Information Centre in Muhr am See.
