For the first time in this anniversary year, the Residenzfestspiele hosts a Musical Gala - an evening of rousing melodies, big emotions and uplifting messages.

Under the motto "Musical Songs for a Better World", four well-known musical theatre stars, a choir and a band perform selected highlights from the world of musicals. From timeless classics to modern favourites, the programme weaves stories of hope, solidarity and humanity.

Musical theatre music brings together catchy rhythms, powerful harmonies and moving lyrics into something that speaks to audiences directly. Each song is a small statement for a better world - sometimes rousing, sometimes reflective, always passionate.
