PIERO - Shut Up, Rapunzel!

With his current stage show "Halt die Fresse, Rapunzel!", PIERO has invented a genre that simply didn't exist before: a comedy show featuring animated characters who trade sharp verbal blows with their creator - much to the entertainer's dismay, but all the funnier for the audience.

PIERO is one of Germany's most prominent cartoonists. In 2025 he won three major awards: the St. Ingberter Pfanne, 1st place at the Deutschen Karikaturenpreis, and 3rd place at the Deutschen Cartoonpreis.

PIERO blends cartoon art, animation and stand-up into a stage format unlike anything else - fast, clever and genuinely funny.
