Baroque Christmas at _STALL Päwesin - Music and Stories for Advent

When the pre-Christmas season unfolds its special magic and the days grow quieter, the Havelland Music Festival invites you to a festive concert afternoon at _STALL Päwesin. Under the title "Baroque Christmas," Frank Wasser (piano) and Bert Greiner (violin) take the audience on a musical journey through the Christmas season of the Baroque, accompanied by Rüdiger Krüger as moderator.

Works full of warmth, intimacy, and festive beauty of sound resonate - music that speaks of hope, joy, and the special atmosphere of this time of year.

A special focus of the programme is on Paul Gerhardt, one of the most significant German hymn writers, whose death anniversary is commemorated for the 350th time this year. His texts continue to shape our understanding of Advent and Christmas today - poetic, comforting, and full of trust.
