About the venue

St. Martini is one of Braunschweig's six historic collegiate churches, a Gothic hall church whose origins date back to the 13th century. It stands on the Altstadtmarkt square alongside the medieval town hall. Today the Lutheran parish church hosts regular services as well as concerts, particularly organ and choral music.
